- Send your application: Follow the steps to complete the online application and answer the more detailed application questions. We encourage candidates to spend time reading our website to get to know our company, values, and products.
- Interviews and test project: Once your application has been approved internally, you will receive an email from job@winsolium.com to schedule your first interview with someone from the Winsolium team. You may be asked to complete some tests and test project that show your technical and communication skills. Once we have evaluated your test, you may be invited to two further interviews with employees at Winsolium.
- Decision: You will always hear back from us via our e-mail job@winsolium.com – we review and respond manually to each candidate’s application. If the hiring committee decides to hire you, you will receive an official offer to join our team.
- Introductory and mentoring scheme: In the run up to your start date, you will be invited to a carefully put together Winsolium project that describes your first months at Winsolium. You will also be assigned a mentor.
